Vehicle Technician – Exeter
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures on various vehicles, trailers, and mechanical equipment.
- Undertake routine maintenance and repair of light and heavy goods vehicles using personal toolkit.
- Utilize specialist tooling and shared equipment in modern, fully equipped workshops.
Skills and Expertise
- IMI Level 3 qualified mechanic (Light or Heavy Vehicle, or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, working on a wide range of vehicles (e.g., LCV/HGV)
- Valid UK driving licence (HGV licence with trailer experience preferred)
- High working standards and effective job completion
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift rota
- Ability to support team members as needed
Job Facilities/Benefits
- Salary: 38,114 per annum
- Additional weekend supplement of 50 per shift on Saturdays
