Key Responsibilities

  • Building data-driven social strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat & LinkedIn.
  • Creating and delivering social media training sessions on social commerce, social content creation, and best practices.
  • Delivering performance reports by analyzing social engagement & social commerce KPIs using Fanpage Karma, Meltwater & Google Analytics.
  • Creation of educational email newsletters covering latest social media news and algorithm knowledge.
  • Supporting brands with guidelines and expertise, acting as key point of contact on all social matters.
  • Keeping social playbooks up-to-date with best practice.
  • Sharing social news, trends and updates across the business.
  • Ensuring business social posts comply with AS Watson Group legal policies.

Skills and Expertise

  • Understanding of social analytics software and social listening tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy frameworks and social KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of all social platforms and running social channels for a business.
