Key Responsibilities
- Building data-driven social strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat & LinkedIn.
- Creating and delivering social media training sessions on social commerce, social content creation, and best practices.
- Delivering performance reports by analyzing social engagement & social commerce KPIs using Fanpage Karma, Meltwater & Google Analytics.
- Creation of educational email newsletters covering latest social media news and algorithm knowledge.
- Supporting brands with guidelines and expertise, acting as key point of contact on all social matters.
- Keeping social playbooks up-to-date with best practice.
- Sharing social news, trends and updates across the business.
- Ensuring business social posts comply with AS Watson Group legal policies.
Skills and Expertise
- Understanding of social analytics software and social listening tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy frameworks and social KPIs.
- In-depth knowledge of all social platforms and running social channels for a business.
