As a Service Desk Engineer your responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring all assignments are responded to and resolved within defined SLAs
• Taking ownership of user incidents, tracking and following up through to completion
• Providing support to Windows 10/11 endpoint, Microsoft Teams & SharePoint Online
• Assisting with Active Directory and MS Entra ID
• Providing excellent customer service to the business, in-person and via phone & email
• Supporting Intune endpoint user and device management
We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer who has the following skills and experiences:
• Experience working on an IT Service Desk environment is preferred
• Ideally have at least 1 year of experience with technical troubleshooting
• Full UK Driving Licence & own transport to travel between company sites
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills along with amazing customer service skills
• Experience of working within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial
• Highly engaged with a willingness to learn with a positive and professional manner
In return, the successful Service Desk Engineer will receive a salary of £24,000 – £27,000 per annum, plus excellent company benefits and perks including:
• 25 Days hols + Bank hols
• 5% pension employer cont. 3% Employee

• Hybrid working available once your probation period is complete
