Key Responsibilities
- Decision support reporting analytics: collating, reporting, analyzing, and presenting data-support information for all areas of responsibility.
- Managing and coordinating the activities of a team of analysts.
- Supporting and leading quality decision making through excellent analytical support.
- Contributing to the development, agreement, and implementation of priorities.
- Developing an understanding of healthcare provision.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven track record in a senior information team position.
- Extensive knowledge of NHS healthcare reporting.
- Natural leadership ability with experience in developing and motivating staff.
- Adaptable and forward-thinking, thriving on change.
- Understanding of client requirements and ability to innovate, ensuring data becomes information and insight for the Trust.
