Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and staff training
- Conduct functional assessments and behavioural analysis
- Develop, implement, and evaluate PBS plans
- Work with individuals to enhance their skills and independence
- Support staff development in skills, confidence, and resilience
- Line manage the PBS team
Skills and Expertise
- Relevant PBS qualification
- Experience in the PBS field, particularly with individuals presenting challenging behaviours
- Experience in completing assessments and developing PBS plans
- Strong leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence and own car with business insurance
