Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to emails

  • Take accurate notes in important meetings
  • Cover the HR Advisor when needed
  • Ensure adherence to UK employment legislation

Skills and Expertise

  • Experience working in a busy office environment
  • Understanding of HR best practice and UK employment law (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (desirable)
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
