Part-Time HR Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Support within the recruitment process
- Take accurate notes in important meetings
- Cover the HR Advisor when needed
- Ensure adherence to UK employment legislation
Skills and Expertise
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Understanding of HR best practice and UK employment law (desirable)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (desirable)
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
