Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration of the Quantity Surveying department.
• Ensuring company contractual and financial interests are served.
• Overseeing project reporting, ensuring timely and accurate trading results, management accounts, and forecasts for the region.

Skills and Expertise

• Proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Experience with sub-contract orders, buying, and estimating processes
• Refurbishment experience
• Ability to manage the surveying department across the region
• Experience recruiting, training, and developing commercial teams
• Financial report preparation and understanding
• Knowledge and understanding of claims and dispute resolution
