  • Ensuring resident dignity, self-esteem, and freedom of expression.

Skills and Expertise

  • Positive and forward-thinking attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in organizing activities or leading groups (preferred).
  • Experience in a care home setting (preferred).
  • Assertive and flexible approach.
