HR People Partner – Stoke-on-Trent
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to deliver expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Support salary administration, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Drive employee engagement and development initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with leadership teams to address organisational challenges and implement effective people strategies.
- Ensure all HR policies and practices are applied consistently and fairly, maintaining regulatory compliance.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience as an HR Partner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach.
- Ability to manage sensitive situations professionally and confidentially.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
Salary & Working Hours
- 28.84 per hour
- 4-6 month temporary contract
- Monday to Friday ideally, but would consider part-time/flexible hours
- Must be able to commute to Stoke on Trent
