Architectural Technician Nottingham

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualisation, design development, and implementation of residential projects across the East Midlands.
• Production of effective planning applications, with strong understanding of planning policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Navigating projects from initial planning phases to tender and technical design stages (stages 3-5).

Skills and Expertise

• Accredited RIBA Part 2 or above, or equivalent professional qualifications (BArch, MArch, Architecture/Architectural Technology BSc, etc.)
• Experience in architectural design, preferably with focus on RIBA Stages 0-3.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite, Teams, and other design software.
• Strong design sensibility and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of planning policies, building regulations, and construction practices.
