Key Responsibilities

  • Inspiring and engaging children in a stimulating learning environment.
  • Working collaboratively with other staff to create a positive and supportive learning experience.
  • Adhering to EYFS guidelines and best practices.
  • Supporting children’s holistic development.

Skills and Expertise

  • Level 2 or 3 Qualified Early Years Educator (UK recognised qualification).
  • Thorough understanding of the EYFS.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
