Key Responsibilities
- Operational and management of a defined caseload.
- Delivery of high-quality care following the Healthy Child Programme for children and young people aged 5-19 years.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Developing, leading, planning and delivering a range of services for children and their families within a corporate caseload.
- Providing a public health-based service to improve the health of children and families in Salford through partnership working.
- Ensuring effective delivery of the Healthy Child programme, National Childhood Measurement Programme, and Immunisation programme.
