Customer Service Operational Coordinator – Events Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting operational delivery of askUS services, including referral appointments and student contact via telephony and email.
  • Working alongside other Operational Coordinators and the Operational Delivery and Change manager.
  • Assessing and analysing student population demands throughout the academic year.
  • Planning, realigning, and managing resources in real-time to meet customer needs.

Skills and Expertise

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in operational coordination (preferred)
  • Experience in planning and resource management
  • Proficient in analysing data
