Customer Service Operational Coordinator – Events Team
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting operational delivery of askUS services, including referral appointments and student contact via telephony and email.
- Working alongside other Operational Coordinators and the Operational Delivery and Change manager.
- Assessing and analysing student population demands throughout the academic year.
- Planning, realigning, and managing resources in real-time to meet customer needs.
Skills and Expertise
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience in operational coordination (preferred)
- Experience in planning and resource management
- Proficient in analysing data
