Staff Nurse – Guernsey Renal Unit
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out clinical practice within designated clinical areas, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based nursing assessment, care planning, implementation, interventions, and evaluations for patients from admission to discharge.
- Applying knowledge across a range of work procedures and practices, underpinned by theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
- Acting as an advocate for patients, ensuring a patient-oriented approach to care delivery.
- Ensuring patients receive high-quality clinical care and a positive patient experience, respecting their customs, religious beliefs, and doctrines.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in acute hospital care
- Willingness to learn new skills
