Project Support Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the project team.
- Acting as a central point of contact and resource for staff and patients.
- Receiving and managing incoming communications, prioritizing and appropriately handling items.
- Liaising and coordinating project activities with internal and external personnel, including contractors.
- Using tact, diplomacy, and persuasive skills to resolve conflicting pressures and issues.
- Resolving complex and non-complex project and patient queries independently, professionally, and efficiently.
- Monitoring and tracking patient pathways related to the project.
- Acting as a liaison between stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and addressing queries.
- Managing and analyzing data, generating reports to aid decision-making and project progress.
