  • Significant post-apprenticeship experience in vehicle maintenance.
  • Risk assessment, COSHH, and Health and Safety compliance.
  • Prioritizing work and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of up-to-date motor vehicle engineering, terminology, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills with all staff levels.
  • Working effectively as part of a team.
  • Adherence to industry repair times.
  • Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Expertise

  • Motor vehicle service and repair expertise.
  • City & Guilds, Vehicle Technician or NVQ level 3 accreditation.
  • Post-apprenticeship experience.
  • Knowledge of risk assessments, COSHH regulations, and Health and Safety.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of up-to-date motor vehicle engineering practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork abilities.
  • Vehicle Inspectorate Nominated Tester Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word).
  • Strong keyboard skills and computer literacy.
