Key Responsibilities
- Preparing young people with SEND for adulthood.
- Leading small groups on community outings (e.g., parks, museums).
- Teaching essential life skills (communication, budgeting, time management, travel training, self-advocacy).

- Enthusiasm and motivation for supporting learners.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
