Site Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the good upkeep and security of school premises, buildings, and grounds.
  • Undertake minor repairs, maintenance, and decorating.
  • Provide excellent service to hirers of the artificial turf pitch and other school facilities.
  • Work in a flexible manner to support students and school needs.

Skills and Expertise

  • Practical skills in a range of areas (building trade or good DIY skills advantageous).
  • Ability to engage positively with members of the school community.
  • Initiative and commitment.
  • Ability to work in partnership with the school team.
  • Experience working at heights and lifting (may be required).
  • Willingness to undertake training to drive a minibus.
