Learning Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Enabling all children (including those with SEND) to access the full life and opportunities of the school.
• Supporting and training within a fantastic team of practitioners.
• Contributing to the life of the school.
• Working under direction as part of a team and using initiative.

Skills and Expertise

• Qualified to a GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English & Maths plus GCSE in at least 3 other academic subjects.
• At least 1 years experience of working effectively in a learning/childcare setting.
• Skills and understanding necessary to engage all children in their learning.
