Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, prepare, and coordinate weekly timetable for children.
• Ensure appropriate resources and healthy snacks are provided.
• Supervise children during After School Care sessions.
• Promote a good standard of behaviour and act as a role model.
• Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of safeguarding, health, safety, security, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Deliver high-quality and exciting opportunities for children.
• Work with a variety of pupils, staff, and parents with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be self-motivated, energetic, proactive, and ensure safe and high-quality education and care.
• Deal with new challenging situations effectively.
• Be a strong team player able to support colleagues.
• Maintain a positive and flexible attitude.

Skills and Expertise

• Experience working with Primary School-aged children.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, health, safety, security, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate.
• Passion for delivering high-quality care and education.
• Strong team working skills.
• (Desirable) Level 3 qualification in Child Care and Education
• (Desirable) Valid Paediatric First Aid Training Certificate
