Work Experience Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Work with students to secure relevant work experience placements.
- Build relationships with employers and other work experience coordinators.
- Liaise with students, parents, and teachers to assess work experience needs.
- Match students with appropriate placements for a meaningful and enjoyable experience.
- Conduct workplace risk assessments.
- Monitor the effectiveness of placements.
- Handle associated administrative duties.
- Support in class as a Level 3 Learning Support Assistant when possible.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience working with SEN students
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to produce reports and interpret data
- Strong team working skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong student focus with safeguarding at the center of practice
