Key Responsibilities

  • Providing effective and efficient clerical and reception support to a designated ward.
  • Ensuring administration processes meet the needs of all service users.
  • Acting as the initial point of contact for patients, visitors, and callers to the ward.
  • Undertaking clerical tasks contributing to trust quality improvement projects and upholding trust values.

Skills and Expertise

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Organised and pays attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Experience in working with hospital IT systems (desirable)
