- Line managing areas of the curriculum.

- Inspiring, motivating, challenging, and supporting colleagues.
- Ensuring all staff are supported to enable student progress.
- Managing change to ensure excellent outcomes for all learners.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with staff, pupils, and parents.
- Having a shared responsibility for the safeguarding of all children and young people.
- Significant leadership responsibility of the day-to-day operation of one of the school sites.
