Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with customer service to ensure the highest level of customer experience
• Create assessments
• Work closely with approved manufacturers
• Source appropriate repair methods
• Input data and manage vehicle imaging
• Achieve daily performance targets
• Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and health & safety regulations

Skills and Expertise

• NVQ Level 3/ATA
• Audatex qualification (training can be provided)
• Full driving license
• Proof of residence in the UK
