Unit Nurse Manager (RGN) – Buckinghamshire

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and monitor the delivery of nursing care to meet residents’ needs.
  • Implement person-centred care plans.
  • Plan rotas.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff.
  • Build relationships with local regulators and social services.

Skills and Expertise

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
  • Proven leadership and clinical mentoring experience, including support for newly qualified nurses.
  • Strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care.
