Unit Nurse Manager (RGN) – Buckinghamshire
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor the delivery of nursing care to meet residents’ needs.
- Implement person-centred care plans.
- Plan rotas.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff.
- Build relationships with local regulators and social services.
Skills and Expertise
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
- Proven leadership and clinical mentoring experience, including support for newly qualified nurses.
- Strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care.
