Key Responsibilities

• Enroll onto an in-house fast-track programme for a challenging and exciting hands-on experience.
• Rotate around all core Tesla departments, including Front of House, Delivery, Parts, Virtual Prep, Service, Sales, and Elective Rotation.
• Support key business functions and projects.
• Meet and exceed targets.
• Contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to drive real change.
• Progression and performance will be reviewed at each department rotation.

• Friendly, open demeanour with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent multi-tasker with proven problem-solving abilities
