Temporary Customer Services Advisor
Key Responsibilities
- Providing prompt, effective, and courteous front-line customer service.
- Handling switchboard calls as part of the primary team.
- Processing customer data into CRM systems, addressing complex inquiries.
- Providing customers with relevant information and agreeing on follow-up actions.
Skills and Expertise
- Knowledge of MS Outlook and internet software.
- Experience in customer-facing environments.
- Research and information extraction skills.
- Proven research and problem-solving experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident and approachable communication style.
- Ability to manage difficult/emotional customers and sensitive/confidential information.
Job Facilities/Benefits
- Immediate start (expected duration through to March 2025).
- Hourly rate of 15.54 including holiday pay.
- Subsidized parking.
- 37 hours per week (2 shift patterns) Monday to Friday.
