Temporary Customer Service Advisor
Key Responsibilities
- Providing prompt, effective, and courteous front-line customer service.
- Answering switchboard calls as part of the primary team.
- Data processing in CRM system, handling complex customer inquiries.
- Providing relevant information and arranging follow-up actions with customers.
Skills and Expertise
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, the Internet, or similar software.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Research and information extraction skills.
- Proven research and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident and approachable manner.
- Ability to communicate with a range of people.
- Effective handling of difficult or emotional customers, and sensitive/confidential information.
Job Facilities/Benefits
- Immediate start (expected duration to March 2025)
- Hourly rate of 15.54 including holiday pay
- Subsidised parking
- 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (2 shift patterns)
