Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing prompt, effective, and courteous front-line customer service.
  • Answering switchboard calls as part of the primary team.
  • Data processing in CRM system, handling complex customer inquiries.
  • Providing relevant information and arranging follow-up actions with customers.

Skills and Expertise

  • Knowledge of MS Outlook, the Internet, or similar software.
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Research and information extraction skills.
  • Proven research and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and approachable manner.
  • Ability to communicate with a range of people.
  • Effective handling of difficult or emotional customers, and sensitive/confidential information.

Job Facilities/Benefits

  • Immediate start (expected duration to March 2025)
  • Hourly rate of 15.54 including holiday pay
  • Subsidised parking
  • 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (2 shift patterns)
