Technical Support Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Technical Manager in various technical activities.
- Completing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensuring microbiological testing of finished products.
- Maintaining and updating team trackers.
- Managing and communicating Non-Conformances identified during site audits (and 3rd party audits, where required).
- Participating in on-site taste panels to ensure product quality.
- Performing GMP, Fabrication, and Hygiene audits as needed.
Skills and Expertise
- Thorough understanding of quality systems.
- Proficiency in practical IT skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a factory environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, quality, and legislative standards.
