Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Technical Manager in various technical activities.
  • Completing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensuring microbiological testing of finished products.
  • Maintaining and updating team trackers.
  • Managing and communicating Non-Conformances identified during site audits (and 3rd party audits, where required).
  • Participating in on-site taste panels to ensure product quality.
  • Performing GMP, Fabrication, and Hygiene audits as needed.

Skills and Expertise

  • Thorough understanding of quality systems.
  • Proficiency in practical IT skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a factory environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety, quality, and legislative standards.
