Team Leader – Oxendon House Care Home
Key Responsibilities
- Promoting resident independence, choice, dignity, and respect, focusing on their physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Leading a team to support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
- Supporting carers with personal care, daily activities (e.g., washing, dressing, eating).
- Administering medication.
- Creating and updating care plans and maintaining accurate daily records.
- Prioritising resident choice, dignity, and independence.

- Understanding of abuse prevention, recognition of abuse signs, and reporting procedures.
- Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
