Teaching Assistant – Lingfield

Key Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teachers with delivering engaging lessons
• Support small groups of students to enhance their learning
• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with specific needs, including SEN
• Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and work effectively with various teams
• Prepare and organise classroom resources and learning materials

Skills and Expertise

• Experience working with children, ideally in an educational environment
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working with different schools and age groups
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Patient, caring, and supportive nature when working with children
• Relevant educational or childcare qualifications are beneficial but not required
