Teaching Assistant – Lingfield
Key Responsibilities
- Assist classroom teachers with delivering engaging lessons
- Support small groups of students to enhance their learning
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with specific needs, including SEN
- Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and work effectively with various teams
- Prepare and organise classroom resources and learning materials
Skills and Expertise
- Experience working with children, ideally in an educational environment
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working with different schools and age groups
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Patient, caring, and supportive nature when working with children
- Relevant educational or childcare qualifications are beneficial but not required
