Teaching Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the learning and development of students across the school.
- Working closely with teachers to help deliver engaging lessons, in both classroom and smaller group settings.
- Creating an inclusive environment where all children, including those with additional needs, can flourish.
- Supporting the social and emotional development of pupils.
- Helping build confidence, manage emotions, and promote cooperation with peers.
- Providing one-to-one support for children needing extra help and leading small groups on specific learning tasks.
