Key Responsibilities
- Working with people.
- Undertaking various training to support pupils with SEN.
- Supporting pupils with specific needs.
- Implementing behavioural strategies (with training).
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

- Developing good relations with staff, pupils, and the wider school community.
- Carrying out personal care routines (with training).
Skills and Expertise
- Basic Numeracy and Literacy skills.
- GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Appropriate NVQ.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Childcare Qualification.
- Well-organized.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload (Desirable).
- Training in personal care (Desirable).
- Experience working with behaviour management plan (Desirable).
- Experience of developing and delivering individual education programmes for children with specific needs (Desirable).
- Working within a school or special school (Desirable).
- Awareness of safeguarding principles and willingness to undertake further training.
