- Developing good relations with staff, pupils, and the wider school community
- Adhering to safeguarding principles and undertaking further training
Skills and Expertise
- Basic Numeracy and Literacy skills
- GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Appropriate NVQ
- First Aid Certificate
- Childcare Qualification
- Well-organised
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility
- Willingness to undertake training
- Awareness of safeguarding principles
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload (Desirable)
- Experience working with behaviour management plans (Desirable)
- Training in personal care (Desirable)
