Key Responsibilities

• Provide interventions and support to vulnerable pupils.
• Work alongside SENDCO for pastoral care.
• Support pupils with additional needs within Key Stage 2.
• Support the teaching of reading from reception to Year 2 (Reading Squad).
• Be enthusiastic and dedicated, encouraging and engaging with pupils.
• Demonstrate patience, understanding, and outstanding care/support for pupils.
• Engage in professional development and whole school initiatives.
• Work effectively as part of a team, forming positive relationships with adults and pupils.
• Complete any statutory training.
• Support with breaktime and lunchtime duties.
