Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons.
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students, including those with additional needs.
• Encourage students’ engagement in both academic and extracurricular activities.
• Promote positive behaviour and contribute to the school’s inclusive ethos.
• Help students develop confidence, teamwork, and resilience in and out of the classroom.
• Participate in community work and outreach projects to help students engage beyond the school environment.

Skills and Expertise

• Experience working with young people in education, sports, or mentoring roles.
• Calm and approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to lead by example.
• Relevant qualification (e.g., Level 3 TA) or willingness to undertake training.
