Teaching Assistant – Bridge Easton
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting teaching and learning activities for individuals, groups, or whole classes within a supervised system.
- Monitoring and evaluating pupil responses to learning using various assessment and monitoring strategies.
- Recording learning.
- Organizing learning environments and resources.
- Complementing teachers’ work by supporting learning activities aligned with The Bridge Trust policies and guidance (including individuals, groups, or whole classes).
- Supporting assessment, recording, and reporting on achievement, behaviour, progress, and development.
- Supervising pupils during break times (including before and after school) and planning/organizing play and club activities.
- Participating in Performance Management to identify and agree development and training needs.
- Undertaking specific training, as identified in Performance Management processes, to enhance support for the school (may include accredited training, in-school or out-of-school).

- Experience within an agreed system of supervision
