Team Leader – Supported Living – Stoke-on-Trent
Key Responsibilities
- Providing support to Supported Living Services.
- Ensuring person-centred support.
- Overseeing the smooth running of services.
- Completing regular audits, checks, and supervisions.
- Updating and reviewing support plans.
- Supporting individuals to achieve their outcomes.
- Scheduling and allocating work to Support Workers.
- Assisting with medication management.
- Supporting access to community resources and finance management.
Skills and Expertise
- Previous experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism, and mental health issues.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (with willingness to work towards Level 3).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn in line with client needs and expectations.
- (Previous Team Leader experience advantageous, but not essential)
