Key Responsibilities

  • Working with children and young people with communication, behavioural, social, and emotional difficulties.
  • Organizing and running activities such as kayaking, abseiling, and other stimulating experiences.
  • Supporting young people in their social interactions and helping them manage frustrations.
  • Observing and documenting the progress of students.

  • Empathetic and engaging communication skills.
  • Patience and resilience.
  • Understanding of supporting young people with diverse needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
