Support Worker – Blackburn with Darwen

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting independence
• Administering medication
• Encouraging diet and fluid intake
• Facilitating access to the community
• Encouraging good personal hygiene, including assisting with personal care as necessary
• Completing documentation to a high standard

Skills and Expertise

• Experience supporting individuals with Acquired Brain or Spinal Injuries (preferred, but not essential)
• Access to own vehicle and full UK driving licence
