Student Retention Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation and coordination of administrative activities and policies aligning with QA’s Student Retention Strategy.
- Management of department mailbox and query management.
- Managing and tracking student referrals to multiple student support departments.
- Supporting the implementation of new processes, procedures, and working practices to support retention initiatives and accurate reporting of retention statistics.
- Support with development and implementation of systems related requirements.
- Effective monitoring of all ‘at-risk’ students and application of interventions and referrals across internal departments.
Skills and Expertise
- Extensive administrative experience, ideally within the education sector.
- Experience with multi-tasking and delivery to agreed timelines.
- Experience managing and prioritizing complex workloads.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Strong Excel and IT skills.
