Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through your team
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring costs are within targets
- Maximise store profitability by promoting sales
- Ensure high levels of customer service
- Manage, coach, and motivate the team to meet targets and lead by example
- Oversee the store management team and oversee all employee activity
- Ensure that sales, service, and quality standards are met
- Manage inventory control and procurement
- Ensure that staff are properly trained and meet company standards
- Provide excellent customer service
- Train new and current employees on customer handling
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting environment for customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
