Stocktaking Team Leader – Glasgow
Key Responsibilities
- Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters.
- Deliver end-to-end stock taking service on client sites.
- Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards.
- Complete stock counts accurately and within deadlines.
- Monitor and improve team productivity.
Skills and Expertise
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills (all levels).
- Basic IT skills.
- Focus under pressure.
- Effective time management.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Willingness to travel.
- Full Driving License
