Key Responsibilities
- Run a section, ensuring team works together effectively.
- Step up in leadership in Head Chef’s absence.
- Smash targets with team.
- Train and inspire team to deliver high-quality food.
- Support Head Chef with food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
- Master branded menu.
- Manage Chefs and Kitchen Team.
- Oversee team adherence to health and hygiene regulations.
Skills and Expertise
- Passion for serving great food and training people.
- Experience in food preparation and stock control.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
- Familiarity with working with a branded menu.
