- Manage Chefs and the wider kitchen team confidently.
- Ensure team adherence to health and hygiene regulations.
Skills and Expertise
- Passion for serving great food and training staff.
- Experience working with a branded menu.
- Ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and stock control.
- Understanding of health and hygiene regulations.
