Key Responsibilities
- Run a section, ensuring team collaboration.
- Step up to lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Be driven to meet targets with the team.
- Train and inspire the team to deliver high-quality food.
- Support the Head Chef with ordering, preparation, and stock control.
- Master branded menu procedures.
- Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
- Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
Skills and Expertise
- Passion for serving great food and training others.
- Experience in managing and motivating kitchen teams.
- Knowledge of food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
- Proficiency in working with a branded menu.
- Proven ability to meet targets and ensure high-quality food production.
- Understanding of health and hygiene regulations.
