Key Responsibilities

  • Run a section, ensuring team collaboration.
  • Step up to lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence.
  • Be driven to meet targets with the team.
  • Train and inspire the team to deliver high-quality food.
  • Support the Head Chef with ordering, preparation, and stock control.
  • Master branded menu procedures.
  • Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.

Skills and Expertise

  • Passion for serving great food and training others.
  • Experience in managing and motivating kitchen teams.
  • Knowledge of food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
  • Proficiency in working with a branded menu.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and ensure high-quality food production.
  • Understanding of health and hygiene regulations.
