Software Asset Management Analyst – Greater Manchester

Join our fast-paced, mature Software Asset Management team in Greater Manchester. Were seeking a skilled and analytical individual to support the operational health of our platform, encompassing service, risk, cost, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting platform operational stability and technology performance, including maintaining system utilities and tools.
  • Providing input to and supporting team activities for delivering software asset management services to customers and stakeholders, aligning with technical roadmaps and adapting to change demands.
  • Contributing to customer outcomes, innovation, and early learning by testing products and services to assess viability.
  • Contributing to the platform risk culture, ensuring risk awareness and mitigation.
  • Contributing to work planning, execution, and timely servicing of feature requests from cross-platform initiatives, supporting regulatory reporting.
  • Simplifying platform infrastructure, architecture, services, and customer solutions.
  • Building relationships with platform, domain, and cross-domain stakeholders.
  • Ensuring controls are applied and reviewed against SOX compliance, adhering to all policies and regulatory obligations.

Skills and Expertise

  • Strong communication skills, effectively conveying complex technical concepts to colleagues, including management.
  • Solid experience in Agile or DevOps environments, with continuous delivery and continuous integration.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of platform, technology, products, and domains.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard toolsets (e.g., Flexera, ServiceNow).
  • Understanding of software licensing and commercial experience for software publishers.
  • ITIL framework experience.
  • Proven operational principles.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
