Key Responsibilities
- Operating and maneuvering a shovel to move and transport materials on construction sites
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the shovel
- Assisting with general labor tasks on site as needed
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site
Skills and Expertise
- Previous experience as a shovel driver in a construction environment
- Valid CPCS or NPORS card
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
