Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team and ensure well-coordinated service provision.
- Coordinate and supervise staff to achieve high standards of practice, customer care, and positive outcomes.
- Carry out direct support with service users.
- Work professionally alongside the team and closely with families and carers.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience at management level.
- Experience in supporting people with learning disabilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
