  • Train and mentor junior chefs, helping to develop their skills and career progression.

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Passion for food and a keen eye for detail in presentation and flavour.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of current food trends and techniques.
